air rebusan ayam
1. Saute lada hitam dan bawang putih.
2. Masukkan sos perang, sos cili, sos tomato, madu, garam, lada sulah, daun bay.Didihkan
3. Masukakan roux dan kacau hingga pekat. Siap untuk dihidangkan.
